EO US Central Bridge is part of EO’s Bridge product. There are nearly a dozen Bridge Chapters around the world and any member of EO has access to joining a Bridge Chapter, either as a primary member or a secondary member. EO USCB’s target audience is the experienced, seasoned EO member who have higher-than-normal business revenues and/or are looking for what’s next in their entrepreneurial journey. EO members can add EO USCB as a secondary chapter or join EO USCB as their primary chapter. Members that are the best “fit” have been in EO for 2+ years, are moderator trained, have businesses at $3MM+ revenue, have an unquenchable desire to learn, and have actively engaged in external learning programs beyond their local EO chapter (RLA, EMP, London Business School, etc).
EO USCB chapter dues are $4,800 per year. Each member receives $3,000 in retreat credit to use toward retreats of their choice during the fiscal year.
- You can apply most or all of your credit to one retreat or spread it evenly across several. The choice is yours.
- Retreat credit cannot be used for SLP registration.
- Credit is non-transferable to other members, including EO USCB members.
- All retreat credit must be used within the same fiscal year—it cannot be carried over.
- Any retreat costs beyond your available credit must be paid out of pocket. For example, if a retreat costs $1,500 and you use $1,000 of your credit, you’ll need to pay the remaining $500 before the event.
If you are joining in the middle of the year, the amount of retreat credits will be prorated depending on how many retreats are remaining.
As a member of EO US Central Bridge, you can count on one key promise: a high-impact, expertly-led Forum Mashup at each of our in-person retreats. Because of the unique structure of our chapter, the Forum Mashup experience is central to our value. When it comes to Forum, most members engage in one of the following ways:
1. Forum Mashup Only – You remain a member-at-large and participate exclusively in the Forum Mashups during retreats.
2. Full Forum Transfer – Your entire Forum transitions from your local chapter to EO US Central Bridge. These Forums typically meet monthly and also participate in Mashup during retreats.
3. Forum Placement – You are placed into an existing EO US Central Bridge Forum. Placement timelines depend on availability and how many members are actively seeking a Forum. Please note that each EO US Central Bridge Forum has its own meeting cadence and ground rules.
Let us know your preferences so we can support the best experience for you.

$3MM+ in revenue annually, 2+ years in EO, served on local Chapter’s Board, Moderator trained, has engaged in external learning (EMP, LBS, Sydney University, etc), engagement and participation on social platforms and in-person at retreats, sufficient business complexity.
Looking at the numbers, we have about 55% of members owning businesses of $3MM to $15MM, and ~45% owning businesses of $16MM to $110MM. Some of the industries represented in our chapter are: special events, staffing/recruitment, business education, wealth management/financial services, transportation, digital marketing/social media, sports and entertainment, manufacturing, software, construction, SaaS, and food/beverage/restaurants/bars.
- You express interest or are referred by a current member.
- You meet with the Membership Chair for an initial interview.
- A second (and, if needed, third) interview is scheduled to continue the conversation.
- If approved, the Chapter Manager will reach out for income verification and to provide the application.
- Once your application is complete and your CPA/bookkeeper verifies your revenue, you’re tentatively approved.
- Your bio and photo are shared with the chapter for a vote. This happens 1–2 times a month. Members have 48 hours to raise any concerns. If any are raised, we address them privately.
- You’ll receive an official offer—or decline—on behalf of the chapter.
- If accepted, the Chapter Manager will send your invoice. Once paid, you’ll receive full access to chapter communications and resources.
